Setup & Installation
Q: How do I set up the dispenser on a bottle?
A:
Select the correct bottle adapter seal (fits 0.71–0.79”, 0.83–0.91”, or 1.1–1.18” openings).
Attach the silicone pump tube, trimming to size if needed.
Insert the pump tube into the dispenser nozzle and then into the bottle.
Push the dispenser down until it fits securely.
Q: Can I use it on all bottles?
A: No. The bottle mouth diameter must not exceed 1.57”.
Charging & Battery
Q: How do I charge the dispenser?
A:
Open the silicone cover to access the USB-C port.
Connect the USB-C cable to a suitable power adapter (not included).
The LED display shows battery % and flashes during charging.
Fully charged when display shows 100%.
⚠️ Device cannot be used while charging.
Q: What are the battery specs?

Q: How do I know if the battery is low?

Operation
Q: How do I turn the dispenser on and off?
A:
On: Pull down the dispensing lever cover.
Off: Close the lever cover; battery % shows for 1–2 seconds, then shuts down.
Auto power-off: After 1 hour of standby.
Q: What dispensing modes are available?
A:
Ordinary dispense mode: Standard pour, adjustable 0.25oz–10oz.
Dispense Method 1: Pour starts with lever press, stops when glass is removed or set amount reached.
Dispense Method 2: Press button to start; stops automatically when complete.
Aerator mode: Enhances flavor by aerating wine as it pours.
Amount (measurement) mode: Tracks total dispensed.
Clean mode: Runs water through tubes for cleaning.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Q: How do I clean the dispenser?
A:
Internal tubes: Run at least 6oz of water in Clean mode.
Outer shell: Wipe with damp cloth (never soak).
Bottle adapter seal: Can be removed and rinsed with water.
⚠️ Not dishwasher safe.
Q: How should I maintain the battery?
A: Charge fully before long-term storage. Recharge at least once every 3 months.
Q: How do I dispose of the battery?
A: The device contains a lithium-ion battery. Dispose of it according to local recycling regulations.
Troubleshooting
Q: Why won’t the dispenser pour liquid?
A: Possible reasons:
Battery is low → recharge fully.
Blockage from liquids with particles/viscosity → run Clean mode.
⚠️ Using thick or particle-filled liquids can permanently damage the unit (not covered under warranty).
Q: Why doesn’t the display turn on?
A: Battery is low → recharge fully. Ensure the lever cover is fully opened.
