Q: Which app do I need for the camera?
A: The camera works with the Cocoon Connect app (iOS 10+ / Android 4.4+).
Q: How do I install and pair the camera?
A:
Download Cocoon Connect from the App Store or Google Play.
Register an account and log in.
Power on the camera using the USB-C cable.
Press and hold the reset button for ~10 seconds until you hear a chime.
The LED will flash blue → pairing mode.
In the app, select Add Device > Smart Pan & Tilt Camera.
Connect to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (not compatible with 5GHz).
Hold your phone 15–20cm in front of the camera so it can scan the QR code.
Camera will beep → pairing complete.
Q: What if I have trouble pairing?
A:
Ensure you’re using the correct Wi-Fi password.
Move the camera closer to the router.
Remove any lens protective film.
Reset the camera and retry.

A: Yes. Enable push notifications under Settings > Motion Detection. You can also manage all notifications in the “Me” menu of the app.

Troubleshooting
Q: The blue LED won’t blink at setup. What should I do?
A: Hold the reset button for ~10 seconds until you hear a chime. The LED should then flash blue.
Q: My camera won’t connect to the app.
A:
Check your router is online.
Ensure Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz, not 5GHz.
Disable firewall or adjust router settings if blocking connection.
Q: Why are the speaker and microphone not working?
A: Check the app settings to make sure audio isn’t disabled.
