Setup & Power
Q: How do I power on the alarm?
A: Remove the battery tabs from both alarm and remote before first use.
Q: How do I replace the batteries?
A:
Slide up battery cover.
Insert 2×AAA batteries (match polarity).
Slide cover back down.
⚠️ The remote’s CR2032 battery is not user-replaceable.
Pairing & Remote Use
Q: How do I pair a new remote?
A:
Press the Clear button on the alarm (LED flashes).
Within 5s, press any button on the remote.
Alarm beeps = pairing successful.
Q: How do I remove a remote?
A: Press and hold Clear button (8s) until LED turns off.
Q: What can I do with the remote?
A:
Arm: Activates alarm (if door opens >½”, siren sounds).
Disarm: Stops alarm and disables sensor.
SOS: Triggers 30s panic siren.
Function: Cycles through alarm modes.
Alarm Modes
Q: What modes are available?
A:
Doorbell mode: Chime when door/window opens (1 chime).
Alarm mode: Loud siren when opened, stops when closed (3 beeps).
Reminder mode: Beeps if left open (3+3 beeps).
Installation
Q: How do I install the alarm?
A:
Pair and test before mounting.
Clean surfaces.
Place alarm and magnet ≤½” apart when closed.
Use adhesive tape to mount.
Test alignment by opening/closing.
Q: Any installation tips?
A:
Mount alarm on larger flat surface, magnet on frame.
Keep distance <½” when closed.
Mount inside only (not outdoors).
For recessed doors/windows, use spacers or stacked pads.

A: Remote battery may be depleted – contact customer support.
Q: False alarms or no alarm?
A: Ensure magnet and alarm are aligned and gap is <½”.

Keep button cell batteries away from children – ingestion can cause fatal chemical burns within 2 hours.
Do not recharge, incinerate, or mix batteries.
