3. How do I charge the headphones?

  1. Insert the USB‑C cable into the charging port.
  2. Connect the other end to a USB charging source.
  3. LED solid red = charging
  4. LED off = fully charged

Charge for at least 1 hour before first use.
Use 5V DC input only.

4. How do I turn the headphones on or off?

  • Power On: Hold the multi‑function button for 3 seconds
  • Power Off: Hold the multi‑function button for 3 seconds
    An audible prompt will play on both actions.

5. How do I pair the headphones with my device?

  1. Turn on the headphones  the LED will flash red and blue indicating pairing mode.
  2. On your device, enable Bluetooth.
  3. Select “CE220854‑WH” from the device list.
  4. LED will turn solid blue when paired.

On first use, they enter pairing mode automatically.

6. What do the headphone buttons do?

Call Controls

  • Answer/End Call: Press multi‑function button
  • Reject Call: Hold multi‑function button for 1.5 seconds

Music Controls

  • Next Track: Short press (Volume + button)
  • Previous Track: Short press (Volume – button)
  • Play/Pause: Press multi‑function button
  • Volume Up: Long press (Volume +)
  • Volume Down: Long press (Volume –)

Voice Assistant

  • Double‑press the multi‑function button

7. What do the LED indicators mean?

  • Solid blue: Connected
  • Flashing red: Low battery
  • Solid red: Charging
  • Light off: Fully charged

8. Can I use the headphones with a cable (AUX mode)?

Yes.

  1. Plug a 3.5mm audio cable into the AUX port.
  2. Plug the other end into your device.

Important:

  • Bluetooth is disabled when using AUX mode
  • Headphone buttons will NOT control playback
  • The headphones will not be discoverable via Bluetooth in AUX

9. How long does the battery last?

  • Playback Time: Up to 10 hours at 50% volume
  • Battery: 250mAh lithium battery
  • Bluetooth Range: Up to 10m

10. How do I care for the battery?

  • Turn off the headphones after use
  • Do not leave fully charged for long periods
  • Charge before long‑term storage
  • A completely drained battery might need a few minutes before powering on while charging
  • Keep battery between 15°C and 30°C for best

11. Are these safe for children?

Yes, but with the following safety notes:

  • Children must use the product under adult supervision
  • Avoid high volume — can cause hearing damage
  • Do not expose to liquid or moisture
  • Do not attempt to open or repair the headphones
  • Avoid extreme temperatures or dropping the product

12. Warranty & Support

Warranty Period

This product is covered by a 12‑month warranty from the date of purchase.
Defects during normal use will be repaired, replaced, or refunded following Australian Consumer Law.
