The below provides a step by step guide to updating the firmware on your Bauhn Smart Home Control Pack to allow commands to be sent outside of your home Wifi network.
Please note: To update the firmware, you will need to be in the same Wifi network as the Bauhn Smart Home Control Pack
1. On the home screen of the app select the + button in the top right hand side
2. Select "Device List"
3. Select the device you wish to update
4. Press the menu button in the top right hand corner and select "Device Info"
5. Select "Firmware update"
6. Ensure the firmware is V26 - If not select the new version and choose Firmware update
