Q: What are the main parts of the earbuds and case?

Power & Charging

Q: How do I charge the case?
A:

• Corded: Connect USB-C cable to case port and a PC/adapter → LEDs flash blue during charging, turn off when full.

• Wireless: Place case on a compatible wireless charger → LEDs turn on when charging, off when full.

Q: How do I charge the earbuds?
A: Place earbuds into the case → red LED on earbuds = charging. LEDs turn off when fully charged.

Q: What are the battery specs?
A:

• Earbuds: 60mAh each

• Case: 500mAh

• Music playtime: ~6.5 hours

• Charging voltage: 5V

• Operating temp: 0–35°C

Power On/Off

Q: How do I turn the earbuds on/off?
A:

• On:

  1. Open charging case and remove earbuds (auto on).

  2. Or hold MFB (2s) on each earbud → blue LED flash + “Power ON” voice prompt.

• Off:

  1. Place back in case and close lid (auto off).

  2. Or hold MFB (8s) → red LED flash + “Power OFF” voice prompt.

Pairing

Q: How do I pair with my phone?
A:

1. Remove earbuds from case → auto power on + connect together.

2. On first use, voice prompt says “Pairing.”

3. Enable Bluetooth on device → select HE190044WC.

4. Voice prompt confirms “Connected”.

Q: How do I factory reset the earbuds?
A: Turn off both earbuds, place back in case, then triple-press each earbud successively.

Controls

Q: What functions can I control with the MFB?
A:

• Play/Pause: Short press once

• Volume up: Long press right MFB

• Volume down: Long press left MFB

• Next track: Double press right MFB

• Previous track: Double press left MFB

• Answer/End call: Short press once

• Reject call: Hold MFB (2s)

• Voice assistant: Triple press either earbud (repeat to cancel)

LED Indicators

• Power on: Blue flash + “Power On”

• Power off: Red flash + “Power Off”

• Pairing: Red/blue flash alternately + “Pairing”

• Connected: LEDs off + “Connected”

• Charging: Red LED solid

Safety & Maintenance

Q: What precautions should I follow?
A:

• Avoid prolonged loud listening (hearing loss risk).

• Keep out of reach of children/pets (contains button cell batteries).

• Not waterproof – do not submerge or use in swimming/sports.

• Wipe sweat off before charging.

• Keep away from fire, high heat, or extreme cold.

• Contains magnetic materials – consult a doctor if you have implants.

• Follow proper disposal/recycling for lithium and button cell batteries
